We currently only accept PayPal as our payment processor. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal. Please pay for your items as soon as possible so we can get them shipped to you in a timely manner.
Your order will ship within two (2) business days. We do not ship on weekends.
We must have your physical address to ship your item to. UPS Ground and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders place to destinations outside of the continental 48 states will be cancelled.
We do not ship to AK, HI, or any U.S. territory, protectorate, or APO-FPO addresses.
Orders ship via FedEx Ground. Some lightweight items may ship via USPS.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the large volume of merchandise we receive from our manufacturers, we cannot open and inspect each item for damage and/or functionality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it. If a replacement is not available, we will cheerfully refund your money for the damaged/defective item. If you receive and item that does not match the description, please forward a picture of the item to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. ALL SALES FINAL as we do not accept returns for any other reason. See additional details below.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Applicable for damaged or defective goods only: All requests for a refund must be accompanied by pictures of the damaged or defective item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving damaged or defective merchandise. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and please include pictures of the damage or defect. We need these for our claims department to process your request. For refund requests, photos depicting the damage or defect are required for processing. Please attach them to your email message to us.
DO NOT return damaged or defective goods unless we request they be returned. You will be given the address to return your item to if we request you return the item.
For items not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a 20% re-stocking fee (minimum $10.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
We invite you to shop and add items to your cart. Please pay for your items as soon as possible so we can get them shipped to you quickly. Shopping carts abandoned for more than 3 days will be deleted and the items placed back in stock.
