Payment Policy

We accept PayPal online and Cashier's Checks & Postal Money Orders by mail in U.S. Dollars only. Online payments are due immediately.

To order by mail, print & mail-in your invoice to us with your payment. Only Cashier's Checks & Postal Money Orders are accepted. Cashier’s checks must include your banks’ phone number and address.

Payments must be made within 7 days of ordering to avoid cancellation. If you need more time to make your payment, contact us in advance.

After payment is received and verified, allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive. Non-paid orders are automatically canceled after 7 days.

Shipping costs vary.

Item Availability
Some items may require additional time for delivery in addition to provided shipping times. These items are shipped upon availability.

Because we sell through multiple channels, some items may sell out without notice. However, you are welcome to contact us to check the availability of any item prior to ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you order an item that is out of stock:

1) You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked. (We will hold funds until the merchandise is ready for shipment.)

2) You may substitute the item for another one of equal or lesser value or pay the difference in cost + any additional shipping charges for another item more than the original. (We will send you another item of your choice.)

3) You may cancel your order. (We will issue a full refund upon your request for cancellation.)

Delivery Times
Consider provided shipping times as only an estimate. We have no control over packages after they have been sent to the postal carrier. We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays.

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Priority Mail Express Shipping | Continental US (Contact us to use this shipping option. We will email you an invoice with the total cost due.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days

Alaska & Hawaii | Contact us to place an order. We will email you an invoice with the total cost due.
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 7-14 business days.

Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands | Contact us to place an order. We will email you an invoice with the total cost due.
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 25 business days

Non-Delivery Destinations
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO Boxes, Internationally or anywhere else not listed.

Shipping Damage & Warranty
Damaged orders in whole or in part must be claimed by the carrier. Defective merchandise can be replaced, but items damaged by the postal carrier cannot. However, if your purchase includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement first.

Missing, Damaged or Wrong Items
If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. If you receive a defective item, take a picture of the defected item and email it to us or include with your return, either way, an explanation of the defect must be included with your return. If we find the defect to be on our part, a refund will be issued of the full purchase, otherwise, you will receive a partial refund. Shipping costs are never refunded.

Ordering Information
Once you submit your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received, and another e-mail to notify you that your order has been shipped.

All orders require a valid phone number and complete delivery address to help avoid shipping delays or the risk of order cancellations.

Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are normally sent the same day the order is shipped.

Insurance
Packages that total $10 or more are insured.

Our Cancellation Policy
Once submitted, orders can only be canceled if your item choice is out-of-stock. We will notify you if this occurs then you will have the option to cancel your order, substitute the item or wait for the item to be restocked. Otherwise, orders cannot be canceled once submitted and will need to be returned to us. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, the order will automatically be refunded.

Multiple Shipment Orders
Depending on availability and/or the size and weight of an order, we may be unable to send a whole order all at once so orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. However, when possible, we make every attempt to ship all products contained in a given order at the same time.

In addition, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will be refunded for any products that are unavailable after all available items have shipped plus any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges.

You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt or shopping cart, and the entirety of the shipping charge will be applied to the full order on multiple shipments

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Qualified returns & exchanges are accepted up to 14 days and must include all packaging and materials, with tags in place. Contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order to inform us of your return or exchange, and to have a Return Form emailed to you if one was not already included with your package, as Returns & Exchanges will not be processed without this form.

Visit PayPal.com to print a Return Label or visit your local post office to return merchandise, also be sure to choose a return shipping option with a tracking number to track your package and email this number to us for our records. We also recommend adding insurance to your package(s) to ensure protection. Following these steps could help with our decision to issue your refund before we receive your return at our discretion.

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns, including returns that show signs of tampering or has been opened, have tags removed or has been used. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds Processing
Refunds are normally sent to PayPal within 24-48 hours of receiving a return or exchange. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on your credit card company or bank. For further details on how PayPal processes refunds after they receive them from us, visit PayPal.com. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, contact us. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns not accepted on used/pre*loved items, closeout items, hosiery, swimwear, undergarments, personalized/engraved products, health & beauty products, bath & body products or hair care products.
