Payments can be made through eBlueJay's credit and debit card payment service Stripe or PayPal.
As of 4/23/19 PayPal no longer refunds payment processing fees that occur on cancelled purchases or refunds. For this reason, in the event you cause a refund or payment reversal to occur by cancelling the sale, cause a cancellation of the sale to have to be made for any reason on your behalf by the seller, or when a request to return or refund is approved by the seller, or if you as the buyer fail to fulfill the completion of the sale on your part; you agree that any losses that occur as a result of the processing fee will be deducted from any refund, and at your expense. If sales taxes were collected on behalf of your state or California, the portion of the processors fee charged on the sales taxes will also not be refunded. Payment processing fees are currently 2.9% plus 30 cents on the total amount paid. By making a purchase, you are indicating your agreement and acceptance of this policy. Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse a sale on buyers behalf for any reason, including suspicious or fraudulent activities.
Seller ships within 1 to 2 business days after Buyers payment processing has been approved and released by the Payments Processor.
Shipping is not available to APO, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, PO Boxes.
Shipping is not available to an alternative address. Your package will only be shipped to the address associated with your credit card, debit card or PayPal account.
Shipping is USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the weight and size. (At sellers discretion.)
Products damaged during shipping require the buyer's assistance and cooperation in a timely manner according to the Shippers Policy to file a claim in order to recover any monetary losses, in the event you as the buyer indicate a product has arrived damage, a refund will not be issued until the completion of a shipping insurance claim has occurred. If you as the buyer fail to cooperate in a shipping insurance claim within 10 days of the package acceptance and delivery, you agree that a refund will not be issued and you as the buyer will recover your losses directly from the shipper, by non-cooperation you also agree to assume the sole responsibility of filing a damaged package claim to on your own with the shipper.
All products are pre-inspected during the shipping process.

You can inspect the product for 3 days from the date the shipper.confirms delivery, to ensure the product is functioning correctly, and arrived as described. All sales are final after the 3 days inspection period. eBlueJay is not involved with the sellers refund policy, not with any disputes between buyer and seller. If the product does not function as described or arrived not as described, notify me within the allowed three days, providing details of how the item is malfunctioning or not as described. Because products are pre-inspected during the shipping process, ** a damaged shipping claim may need to be filed as described in the shipping policy. (This affects how a refund functions, so please read the shipping policy prior to making a purchase.) Return shipping will be paid for by you the buyer, unless an error occurred during shipping preparations causing the wrong product to be shipped to you by mistake, in which case return shipping will be paid by the seller. Seller approved refunds will be for the original sales price, original shipping paid, minus * partial payment processing fees as described in the Payments Processing Policy. By making a purchase you are indicating your agreement and acceptance to Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Shipping Policy.
