This listing is for a handmade, handcrafted artisan shoulder purse or bag, unused. There is no price tag on the bag. There is a permanent tag inside the bag stating ‘Abbey Wools by Jean Jensen. Orleans, Massachusetts’. The bag is small, and very thin. It measures approximately, but not quite 8 inches long, and approximately, but not quite 6 inches tall. This is a very beautiful, classy and well made bag, but not much would fit in it. I need a large purse, and this is just too small for me. I do love the purse, but will never use it. The fabric appears to be wool, and is a nice thick wool. It feels like a thin rug weight of wool. The fabric is striped, and the colors range from a cream color, to a very light blue grey to a medium blue grey, to some, but not much darker blue grey. The bag is lined in a medium blue grey colored fabric, which looks like cotton. The strap is thin, and is made of leather, and is a light color. The leather is slightly stretchy, and feels like deerskin. The strap is long, so this is a shoulder type bag. What I like best about this bag is the stone that weighs down the flap of the bag to keep it shut. It appears to be a real stone, and the size, shape and color of the stone co-ordinate beautifully with the rest of the bag. It doesn’t look nice from the photo, but it is.
