Save on shipping when you tender winning purchase two or more Lineups. Please add an additional $2 shipping for each additional Lineup purchased.

Payments made via PayPal will only be accepted if you have a "Confirmed Address" and will only be shipped to the "Confirmed Address". All others must make payment via money order, cashier's check, personal checks (held for clearance) or cash sent via Registered Mail. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

Please contact me within the three day period from purchase if payment has not been made via PayPal within that timeframe. Payment is expected within seven days of purchase.

Buyer to pay $7.50 within the U.S. or $8.75 to Canada for shipping and handling. Please e-mail me for shipping and handling quotes for all other destinations. Insurance of $1.50 should also be included if desired.
