This tree is made out of resin material and contains live Tillandsia air plants glued on to the resin tree with plant safe glue. The tree is not a real tree, but can add to the look of any room that it is in. Since air plants are low maintenance, it can thrive in low-light conditions making it a wonderful gift.
You do not need to worry about watering often. This resin tree can do especially well if being used to decorate bathrooms due to the humidity produced from showers. When in bloom, the air plants produce thin stalky flowers that can range from pink to purple and have yellow anthers.
If cared for under proper conditions, it can produce many air plant pups overtime. The pups stick to the mother plant directly and grow in bundles. Ocassional misting is recommended to help keep Air Plants from drying up, and help maintain some moisture in the environment.
