You will receive one rooted starter plant. It needs to be planted in a 4" to 6" pot. It must fully root out to the pot before it's ready for the ground
Our plugs are grown in trays. To keep them healthy and in good order, we trim them. It is possible your banana will be trimmed. Please refer to the pictures. The trimmed leaves will turn brown and will eventually shed their skin on the stalk. This is normal. Banana leaves will flush out quickly, especially with the use of fertilizer
Please fertilize Spring through Fall. All of our plants are on a weekly liquid fertilizing schedule. Plant in an all purpose potting soil with granular fertilizer. The fertilizer will last about 3 months

For some plants, colder months and shorter day light hours can cause green foliage to turn red, purple, orange, pink or yellow. It is possible to see remnants of this on your plant

Loosen the root ball
Don't plant too deep
Don't cover the crown of the root ball with soil

We send out healthy and thoroughly inspected plants. If you receive a damaged or delayed plant, please contact the carrier, as we have no control after it leaves the nursery
Plants are tough. If you receive a damaged or delayed plant and want to keep it, please contact us with pictures. We will offer professional advice
●If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your item
●Please provide pictures. If your package is damaged, take pictures of the box before opening
●You will need to start a return request

Items received not as pictured:
Garage will refund your purchase amount excluding any postage fees. We may ask you to return the item within 7 days of receipt.
Garage may incorrectly describe item names - please look at the photo; this is what you'll receive. When in doubt -ask.
