The kit is made by Craft House. There is a copyright date of 1983 on the box.
The box says: This set includes one 10 by 14 inch painting panel, 18 oil colors (Please note most likely dried out due to age), brush, and instructions. Frame not included.
The kit is still sealed in the cardboard box and has not been opened, although the box has a large dent and wear to it.
I would expect that the paint is either dried out or has gone bad by now, as this kit is over 10 years old. So please take note that it is extremely likely that new paint will need to be purchased. I did read online that sometimes dried up paint in these kits can be revived with a few drops of water.
