Condition: Pages mostly Good/Covers Poor but Acceptable, and I checked EVERY page to enter all the names! (I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.) Apparently this poor cookbook was wet, which affected the covers mostly and resulted in some wavy pages, (resulting in the shadowed areas on above covers and pages images - pages are completely white and with NO discoloration!) and all recipes are quite legible …. There is no mold, mildew, discoloration or water marks of any kind, though. Most pages are secure but pages 274/275 through 291 (end of book) and back cover, though secure, are not connected to bottom few spirals because of the weakened covers. Pages are clean with no tears, no chips, no highlighting, no dog-ears, no missing pages. Because the page numbers were manual, there is a page 54 and 54A and 194 and 194A and two pages of 228. Only writing in cookbook is an X on page 249 below the Pumpkin Custard recipe plus a handwritten recipe on page 203 for a recipe titled Easy Desert that includes pie filling and yellow or white cake mix ingredients. This rare nostalgic gem is 55-years old, and I hope it will bring joy to one of the 277 named recipe contributors or to a loved one. Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment. These books/items are not new unless specified new … they are retro or vintage, and some may come with wear and/or smells. I go to extremes, perhaps, detailing each item attributes and flaws, if any. And I especially include SMOKE and PET clauses in all descriptions, so please don't email me asking if it smells of smoke because you may be able to smell better than I do.
