USA PAYMENT POLICIES: We accept payment by PayPal, plus major credit and debit cards for all USA orders.
USA SALES TAX:
As of June 21, 2018 the US Supreme Court has given states the right to collect sales tax from remote sellers on the internet. At this time, as a small internet seller, we only collect sales tax for sales to customers in our home state of Kentucky. Please be aware that you may be responsible to pay sales tax on all internet purchases to your state and/or local governments if required by your home state.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT POLICIES: We accept payment by PayPal, and major credit and debit cards, for all International orders on our approved countries list.
SHIPPING TIMES: In Stock items generally ship in 2-3 business days. Custom items generally ship in 3-14 business days. Please see items details for shipping estimates. Holidays and Sundays are not “business days”. After we ship the order the following chart shows estimated arrival times.
USPS/USA DOMESTIC MAIL: Monday through Saturday
*First-Class Mail: 1-3 Business Days/Most items/13 ounces or less
*Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days/Most items/14 ounces to 70 pounds
*Alaska/Hawaii Shipping Times: 3-15 Business Days depending on USPS service chosen.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship First Class International/Registered Mail or Priority Mail International on most items. Once shipped it takes 6-10 average business days to major destinations. Customs delays of 3-6 weeks are possible. Import custom duties, VAT, & excise taxes that are levied by your home country are your responsibility. Please check a duty calculator before your purchase to estimate these fees. Size, and import, restrictions may also apply.
APPROVED COUNTRIES LIST: We will ship to the following countries at the specified rate shown in the item details: USA and USA Territories, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Norway, South Korea and Taiwan.
NOTE: For customers in countries not listed above, please contact us with any item in which you may have an interest. We still may be able to approve your order. This decision will be on a case by case basis.
RETURNS: Unopened and/or unused "In Stock" items in the original, saleable condition may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and requires proof of mailing. No returns accepted after 14 days from date of documented delivery.
Note on Custom Made Orders: Custom made orders are not returnable unless defective or damaged in shipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Notify us immediately if items are damaged in shipment. Keep all of the original packing materials including the box. Photos of the shipping container and the damaged merchandise are also required. Replacements if available, or refunds if not, will be given with proper documentation.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: New items that are shipped sealed in their original package may be returned for a full refund if they are found to be defective upon opening. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and requires proof of mailing. No returns accepted after 14 days from date of documented delivery.
