This is a beautiful Westmoreland almond coraline colored candy dish in the “Beaded Bouquet” pattern. This shape of candy dish is referred to as “colonial.” It has lovely hand painted flowers, leaves, and ivory colored frit.
There is some roughness around the rim of the candy dish portion. I didn’t notice it as visible until I felt it. I took multiple pictures of the rim, but it is more detected by touch than visibility. I believe the roughness suggests either an imperfect mold release from production or perhaps someone ground the rim. Either way, it does not take away from the beauty, uniqueness, or integrity of the piece. Most people probably wouldn’t notice this edge, but I like to make sure shoppers are aware of everything. It is in wonderful condition.
The piece is about 7 ¾” tall and about 3” across the base.

I have been a dealer of antique and collectable glass for over 10 years locally at vendor malls and online. I have collected far longer than that! I am experienced and identify my items with care. I will describe them to the best of my ability with condition noted. Locally I've had the same customers for years and sell special pieces to other dealers.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns so that I can help! I always accept returns in the event of seller error.
