I'll put the magazine in a plastic bag and seal it to protect it from moisture. Then put in a Manila envelope. This keeps the weight to just under 5 ounces. For Priority it will also have cardboard protection. On the outside I'll write in bold red HANDLE WITH CARE and DO NOT BEND.
