New top sealed, BPA FREE, I don't share Despicable Me Minions Travel Mug. Guessing it is 16 Oz since i don't see an oz size on it. (I purchased one also for myself to open it and see what was inside, there are lollipops inside the travel mug. I will not remove them from the sealed ones that i am selling, will leave that up to you,(selling the new mug, the contents are extra since i will not open the plastic) It does have an expiration date of 10/27/2017, which is for the lollipops. Condition of the lollipops i would say are not edible and not fully known in the other travel mugs.
