Condition:  Used.  Hardcover.  Dust cover is discolored, shows a bit of edge wear.  Back dust cover has a large water spot on the top and bottom that seems to have bled through onto the back cover of the book a bit.  Pages are tanned from age.  Binding is starting to split in places throughout the book.
