In most cases, most of the funds from our sales go to the families that own the items. The items are sold for the Estate or the family of the Estate.
eCommerce Customers: We have thousands of items and we load them to other online selling sites through our BigCommerce Website. We try to be as precise as possible, but the systems limit our uploading capability. Each site is different, but one issue we run into is that they only allow us to load one picture of the items. If you would like additional photos, please let us know and we will be happy to load more photos for you, or check us out on line Wendell Keefer & Jose Aguayo Estate Sales for additional photos. We also have issues with our ability to categorize items as new, used and refurbished, so most items will be listed as good but they could be in excellent shape or poor. Check the photos for exact depictions of the items. Shipping is also limited, so if the shipping seems way out of line, please request exact shipping costs and we will be happy to verify the shipping for you.
Payments must be receive within 3 days or the items go back on the auction or sale. You can pay via PayPal or Credit Card.
All of our items are from Estate Sales. Most of the sales could not be conducted at the client’s home, so we pack everything up for them and sell everything online. As you can imagine, it is a lot of work to pack up an entire home and then sell everything online. Please send any questions by email and we will respond as soon as possible.
Please check photos carefully and ask any questions or request additional photos before you purchase. If eBay listing does not have many photos, you can check our website for additional photos. Remember, these items are from Estate Sales. We do not know any of the items. We do not always see breaks, cracks, and defects. We inspect items more carefully when shipping the item. Should there be any issues that arise, we will contact you to ensure you still want the item. If you decide not to buy, full refund will be issued.
Most items are usually dirty, so a good cleaning will be necessary in most cases. Most items are stored with Moth Balls, so air out the item once you receive it.
We usually do not know the families, so we are not aware of smoking and pets. If we are aware, we will try and let you know. We clean items as best as possible, but you may need to do a more thorough cleaning.

Many items will be dismantled before shipping to save on shipping costs if possible. If you want to pay extra shipping to have it in one piece, please let us know and we will give you the shipping cost. Shipping is usually done by USPS Priority Mail in a USPS free box unless you select other shipping. For our listings, we calculate shipping as close as possible. We will also combine shipping charges, once you have made your purchase we will calculate shipping all items together if possible. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible and shipping will be on first paid, first shipped. Generally, expect anywhere from 1 to 4 days for shipping or invoicing. It takes us time to remove the items from the homes as well as prepare it for shipping. Media Mail is available for books and items that qualify, please ask if you see an item that would ship Media Mail.
Local pick up or local delivery is in the area of Fontana California. Please check local pick up items before you bid or buy. Large items are generally too large to ship, so local pick up only, unless it is an antique or collectible that you are willing to pay all freight charges and that can get expensive. Check freight companies online to find out how much the item will cost to ship. If you are purchasing a large item, remember to bring help lifting the item when you pick it up. If you want it shipped, you will need to find a reliable freight company and make all arrangements for the shipment.
