It says dolls not included BUT we ARE including the Father and Baby dolls. ;-)

The Father has no clothes on except a vest.
... Get some clothes on ... we have company coming over. ;-)

And we are including the Baby in a yellow outfit with a dirty yellow hat and a crib.
Of course the hat is dirty ...
... the Mother left the Father to watch the Baby while she is gone ;-)

It is supposed to come with furniture, but only comes with the items we listed above.
The roof is detachable and the house and roof fold for easy storage in the box.
It is made of heavy duty vinyl for easy cleaning.
Some of the sticker decals may have wear and peeling.
The box has some creases and wear.
