Fenton Opaline Green Covered Box Lmted to 1500 ONLY

MOTHER'S DAY(2006)-- INSCRIBED WITH LYNN FENTON'S Signature
There was two Special Selections created by Fenton especially for Mother's Day in 2006---One of which is this wonderful 4-1/2 Covered Candy box, numbered and limited to only 1,500 being made. This is decorated with handpainted floral designed by Francis Burton - accented with 22k gold. French Opalescent glass is cased over Fern Green resulting in a watercolor-like which Fenton calls "Opaline Green". This candy box is also blown by a skilled glass worker at the factory....again limited to only 1,500 being made. This item also bears the inscribed signature of Lynn Fenton and dated 2006.
My sample is about 5 inches tall though it was rated at 4-1/2 ", and about 5 inches across. It is number 864 and handpainted by A. Farley. The regular price was $169.00 however because this is the last one and I do see some very, very minor flea bites along the inside rim of this box, I am reducing the price and giving FREE shipping per offer below. Now, these minor flea bites are probably caused from the cutting of the top of the piece at the factory rather than from someone being sloppy in returning the lid to the top. It was never displayed. And, they are also on the inside edge rather than the outside edge where carelessness in putting back the lid would be damage. I just don't think the edge was fire polished after cutting.
