Not sure what would be served in it, chili, soup, cereal,fruit? It would keep any of those hot..
Base color is white with green and gold stripe design with a The letter,'N' inside a wreath. Looks like a C is formed where the strips stops near the wreath. Syracuse China made a lot of Restaurant and Hotel ware and this bowl could have been used in either.
Bowl measurements are 6 1/2" in diameter and 2 1/2" high.
