What is the best recommended range for audio recording?
To record clear audio, the closer the better. Works great for interviews. Your best quality recordings will be within 1.5 meters.
How many hours of footage can I store on the 4 GB's of flash memory? The spy camera wrist watch can store up to 7 hours of video with audio.
How do I set the correct time and date?
Do not use the SystemTime.txt file located on the CD rom. Instead, create a new text file named SystemTime.txt (case sensitive) and then follow these simple directions.
1. Type the correct time and date in the following format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss (Example: 2010-02-23 19:13:15)
2. Save the text file to the root disk of the spy watch. (should be named SystemTime.txt)
3. Reset the watch and begin recording

I just received it after 4 working days... Took me about 5 minutes to get the box open of DHL :S
The instructions are badly written, even a kid can write better then that (found at least 5 mistakes)
But the watch is so easy to use, just push the record button for like 3 seconds and when you want to finish push it again.
I did hope it would be possible to make pictures, but let's face it, recording videos is cooler :)

Must admit it is a great product but the watch face tend to dirty easy.
[Hi John. If you use this a lot outdoors, especially wet or dirty environments, you can apply a teflon wax spray to the glass to help it repel dirt and rain. Thanks for allowing us to assist you!]
