I’m not a professional book grader, but I have examined this book closely and have found a few minor imperfections that I would attribute to shelf ware. The edges and corners are bumped here and there, but there is no crease on the binding. This is a great looking book and would definitely be an acceptable gift. It comes from a non-smoking environment and has been stored in an archival box. It will be bagged and wrapped in cardboard when shipped.
